If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you want to see hearts broken and pay for a service that doesn’t deliver then you can use Masum and his company.

My family are disheartened to not be going to Hajj this year (2018) due to the incompetence of Masum and his team not being able to provide us visas. My family had arranged to go from February. Masum is full of excuses and although he did give us a refund and we got our passports back, he put my family under intense pressure as we received this one day before the group were meant to fly out.

Masum could not face us and got others to speak to us, hand our passports back and money. He hasn’t been in touch since to even apologise to members of the group that didn’t get their visas.

He had planned to conduct a seminar a day before we were meant to fly out, however after asking he arranges this two weeks before. The seminar was of very poor quality. I am so appalled by the service and my family are embarrassed, ashamed and upset over what has happened.

Do not trust Euro Travels.

I bought umrah packages for my whole family and everything was handled so professionally. The hotels they provided were clean and very close to Al Haram.
I would recommend them for Hajj and Umrah tours.

I was one of the fortunate people to go to hajj with euro travel 2018,
Where do I start, we received more than was promised to us from the start, our hotel was literally behind the clock tower in Makkah ( less than 5 min walk) there was always 4 items of food at every sitting ( Makkah and Madinah)( breakfast was provided but not promised BONUS) top quality transport for transfer to (Mina Madinah and airport)

5 star tent in Mina (we were told was going to be normal BONUS)
Air conditioned tent in Arafat (BONUS)

I’m really great full that the almighty allowed me to go this year2018 for the people that didn’t get a visa I feel very sad for them.
But it all comes down to the will of the almighty.
In Sha Allah I pray that Allah gives you the opportunity to go next year,

Euro Travels provided best Hajj package and services in 2018. I have also booked Umrah packages with them recently. They are the best.

They arranged Umrah Visas for me.
Very cheap just charged me £47 per visa compared to £65 charged by other agents.
They are the best travel agents in Camden.

Mr masum is a con a liar and a cheat.
Taking your hajj money and mess you up is his profession

Never trust this company very bad they been using our money from july 2018 and no returning I been there office and begged them its Hujjaj money they all were planned to go for hajj and Mr Haseeb Ahmed Choudary who claimed march 2018 he is sales agent of Euro Travel and sold Hajj Package to us 52 people's he give us Euro travel bank account to put money in 75 thousand pounds he took from us and on End there is no visa and told us bank hold all money and they cant get it out it's over two years am still waiting for payment they transfer all payment come from my company account as I hire solicitor paid 3000 fee to Solicitor but all hujjaj who paid direct from there account waiting for there payment and they are not returning .
