Have visited Thomson today, there was no one available to help me as two staff members where dealing with customers (this is no problem). Have been waiting for long time in waiting area and eventually left. During my waiting time no one from staff has spoke to me even when leaving they did not say a word. They did not care that potential customer was leaving despite long wait. Wanted to use local business to support community, now will go online.

The manger Dylan was very helpful after my local branch wallington couldn't book my hoilday for me as they told me it was sold out will be booking my hoilday at Epsom from now on Thanks again for great customer service.

Ellie has been great. She is extremely knowledgeable & made us feel at ease regarding covid restrictions. Going above & beyond ensuring the TUI web page was updated & keeping us informed along the way. I would highly recommend & will certainly be booking via the store again. This personal touch goes a long way. I can now relax & look forward to our trip. Thank you so much 😊

A massive thank you to the amazingly lovely ladies at Tui in Epsom! My boyfriend and I made an error on our booking and with less than 2 weeks to go before departure were at risk of losing the entire holiday. Sarah, Teresa, Mia, Abby and Ellie were all absolute superstars and went above and beyond to help to make sure we could still go on holiday. I cannot thank them enough and am so appreciative of their help. Will 100% be booking all future holidays at this branch. These ladies are the definition of amazing customer service :) :) :)

My friend and I went into the Epsom TUI store and were greeted by the lovely Theresa on a very rainy miserable day! Having booked our last successful holiday with TUI we went in with a LONG list of requirements and Theresa could not have been more helpful. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, really helping us to narrow down our search criteria. Would go back in a heartbeat!
