Great travel agent, very reliable. I have been using Hillside Travels for over 12 years, every year to travel with my family.
The customer service is fantastic and all the staff are very caring. The Money Transfer department is also very trust worthy as I have been using Hillside to send my money to Bangladesh for many many years now and there has never been a problem. The staff in the Money Transfer are also very kind and take time with your money so there is never a problem.

I called this company for the first time spoke to a man who tried to make fun of my accent I clearly explained to him I couldn’t speak his language then I spoke in English which he found difficult to understand so had to repeat myself few times. He Sounded quiet rude dunno what he thought of himself I hope he gets the message that as customers we have many choices of travel agencies to choose from and if he really wants to have a successful business customer service is vital.

Never booked ticket with them soon as they took the money that's it even your flight is cancelled they not going to informed you my fights was delayed one day lucky I call th3m.and find out its one day delay and I call so many time to booked a seat they didn't help can't even do online myself good know how they booked my fight very bad service people who working they just useless...

The man put the phone down on me just because i asked if theres any cheaper flight than £1200. Rude customer service, very pushy and moody.
