I recommend comfort travel to everyone who wants to ripped off. They are by far the awfullest travel company I have ever heard off and been with. They have no customer service skills and don't know how to please there customers or deal with there problems. My mother bought holidays tickets for £1400 for our family to go to Turkey (5 people) , but because there's terrorist attacks going on some people don't want to go on holiday no more. It has also been announced on the radio and news to not go to Turkey because of the ISIS attacks and that the country could be in danger. So my mother rings up the company to see if she could postpone the tickets for another time of year or to get a refund and maybe make a compromise with the company. She called the company and said "how much would I get back if I refunded the tickets" thinking that she would get around 1/4 or a half of the money back and they said £99! That is shocking to hear that she wouldn't even get £100 back that's not even a quarter of the whole price bare in mind she paid the company £1400 for the tickets. If she wanted to change the tickets and postpone them for later they said she'd have to pay extra money for each person so she'd be losing even more money. Later on my father called the company and said is there no way of doing anything else because this is a rip off. The man said no there isn't this is our policy we can't give no more money back only the amount he had said. So like everyone else would be he was very angry because he had just lost £1400 so he said " I would like to write a complaint" and the man on the phone said "do what you like" Not even an apology or nothing they couldn't compromise with nothing and I think that is shocking, to speak to a customer like they way they did on the phone. Most companies know how to come out with a compromise and let the customer leave happy but this company is dreadful & appalling. So I just advise everyone to not ever go and book tickets with this company because you will not be leaving happy.

If you rather let someone else do the travel arrangements for your vacation, Comfort Travel has provided this service for me countless times. Whenever there are some crisis with the flight operators (Turkish Airlines or Pegasus), Comfort Travel has handled my queries on my behalf. I didn't have to worry about anything other than catching my flight. During COVID travel restrictions, Comfort Travel has directed me correctly to whichever documentation that needed to be filled.
Overall, a great service, one that does everything for you and takes the weight out of you when you want to travel.
