Fake address no working office. It is converted to a house and not a office.

As people mentioned my connecting flight got rescheduled amd the new wait time was 24 hours earlier it was 3 hours.

They did not help neither to get a accomodation or expenses for rhe delay. On top of that their office is fake. Photos attached.

The call center is operated from some asia sub continent.

So my flights got cancelled by Turkish airline and this company offered me different flights for the same day but with connecting flights.
So I asked for a refund only to be charged an admin fee of £23 per passenger total of £92.
This happened 17 days before my flight to which I was then told the refund would take 4-6 weeks.
ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!
If I could give them 0 stars I would have 🤬

I will not be booking anymore flights with flight catchers team.I managed to book flights for my parents and unfortunately changed tickets and everytime i paid extra money.Moreover,i lost 1000 pounds on cancellation eventhough it was before 2 months.

Whenever we call customer care for booking they will show interest and later for any queries we will be in trouble.

Forgot all,my husband recently booked flight and got cancellation by airlines.But this team put him in stress and waste of time for rescheduling the flight.
Still he didn’t get a desired date.All the appointments is going to be ruined.

So better choose another agency for booking flights.

If I could, I would rate them 0 stars.
These people only care about getting money out of you, and nothing else. I was scammed by their prices as well.. not only is their experience horrible but their customer service team is useless. I couldn't attend their flight and warned them very early on. Their response was robotic, it felt like I was talking to an answering machine rather than people. I have never had a more worse experience when phoning a company, they were rude, inconsiderate and deceived. I was told they would call me back within 10 minutes. They didn't call me back, . i waited for over 5 hours.
Don't be fooled.

I booked 2 return tickets on Turkish airline to Islamabad, at the time of booking online it mentioned only 30kg plus hand luggage for each passenger, which we was happy with, the following day we receive a call from the travel agent saying if we want to increase the luggage we can at extra cost of £54 both ways, which we refused. On the day of travel we arrived at Manchester airport and the lady at check in desk informed us we was allowed 46kg on our tickets, we was lied to by the travel agent and they was trying to make more money on us, when I rang the travel agent from the airport they said the lady was lying and your only allowed 30kg and cut me off. On our return from Islamabad we was again told your allowance is 46kg each, we was 15kg over on our 30kg which was shown on our ticket but the airline didn’t charge us extra as we was under the 46kg we should have been allowed. So be careful and make sure you are not conned out of extra money.

Bunch of crooks. Please avoid. I booked a flight with them months back, after going to airport, apparently we needed covid pass, not once was this mentioned by the agency.

Then we wanted to rebook asap, was offered zero help. Instead had to cancel the ticket and they only refund minus their fees, which is extortionate £350 per person.

I have to pay for taxi x2 + had to rebook it again, and ticket was double the price.

Nothing was resolved. They are trying to justify it using their T&C. Please please avoid this company at all cost and purchase from a high street travel agent, at least with them you can see a human.

I have read other reviews and this company has chronic issue of charging people extortionate fees.

If I could give this company 0 stars i would - please pay the little extra and use a reputable company by far the worse booking experience ever they just want money for changes that can be made by yourself on the airlines website such as accepting a flight time change that has been made by the airline they wont tell you that you can accept it direct and want to charge you for accepting it. Also submitted all the wrong passport information for the tickets even though passport copies etc were provided very incompetent people on the phone take no responsibility please don't do what i did and read the reviews first - i can say the poor ones are all true after the experience i had will never use these guys again even if they offered me free flights!! Be aware !

AVOID!!! I would give zero stars if I could. We booked a flight with this company, if you can even call them that. My uncle passed away a month before the flight. Virgin Atlantic provided a full refund to this company due to the death of my uncle, however this company are withholding the funds and not refunding us. They are essentially profiting off the fact that my uncle passed away. They are keeping the money of a grieving family and have no shame. After multiple conversations via email and phone, they have shown all they care about is money. We are not asking them to refund us out of their own money, they have already been provided a full refund by Virgin Atlantic, they are just keeping the money for themselves instead of passing that refund onto us. Disgusting company with no morals. Stay away!!!
