Had an awesome south Kerala tour with Tailor Fare from Trivendrum to Cochin. Wonderful hotels, transport, activities and itinerary. They took care of everything leaving me to thoroughly enjoy this amazing country.
Will definitely be using them again!

My husband and I visited India in November 2017. Travelling through Tamil Nadu looking at extraordinary Chola Temples, four of them UNESCO protected. We then travelled across to Kerala ending at Cochin where we ended our tour with Tailor Fare.
We picked a Tailor Fare tour that we liked and then with the help of Ketan Tailor added a few extra places what we wanted to see. Tailor Fare organised all the hotels, driver and a few additional tours/entertainments.
Our driver “Ratheesh” was a very good and safe driver and a really gentle person. His English was ok and he was very helpful.
Tour guides were generally not included on our tour and we mainly found them ourselves at the sights. However, Ratheesh knew a couple of guides that he arranged for us and they were excellent. We discussed the price with him first and the rates were reasonable compared to what we paid at the sights. Prices at the sights are usually negotiable.
We basically had the driver for the day and could chose where we went based around our itinerary and time. It was a relaxed way to travel.
The additional tours and entertainment we all well organised and enjoyable.
The only problem, and it was a disappointment, was the houseboat in Kerala did not arrive. This was down to the independent boat company. Tailor Fare were quick to sort this out and Ketan was ready to book us into a hotel. However, we booked ourselves into a hotel in Cochin where we were continuing our journey alone. Our money paid for the houseboat was refunded very promptly.
The star rating in Indian Hotels are sometimes generous. During our trip we had a mixture of exceedingly good hotels to a couple of below average ones and a magical one. Sometimes there were no better hotels in town. However, all were clean. This is part of the experience of travel.
We were very happy with the Tailor Fare tour and thier professionalism and would use them again when visiting India.

We have just returned from a tour of Kerala put together by TailorFare for us.
They were very patient whilst we discussed various ideas and we finished up with a good package.
The people looking after us over there were very professional too and open to minor amendments if you wanted a small change. The driver was excellent and always on time. The hotels chosen for us were all good especially the Spice Tree near Munnar and the houseboat was just idyllic. We have no hesitation in recommending them and the package price was very good value also.

We decided to take a trip around Kerala, visiting the stunning tea plantations of Munnar, the national park in Thekkady, the tranquil backwaters in Kumarakom and Cochin…and what a trip! All made possible by the help of Tailor Fare and especially Ketan. The trip organised by Tailor Fare was perfect and very reasonably priced!

Every hotel we stayed in was fantastic (we stayed in The Fog in Munnar, Greenwoods in Thekkady, Lakesong in Kumarakom and Villa Romantica near Cochin Airport). The staff members at each hotel were very friendly and welcoming, the locations were amazing, each capturing the uniqueness of the locations perfectly, and the rooms were very good.
Tailor Fares drivers and staff members were friendly, very helpful and keen to help make our holiday memorable.

Our driver for much of the trip was Nandhu. He was fantastic, recommending great experiences including the jeep safari in Munnar (a must do!) and the ayurvedic massage in Thekkady.

For the final part of our holiday our driver was Suresh, he again was friendly and helpful, even advising us which shops to visit and avoid.

I can’t thank Tailor Fare enough, we would certainly use them again when we visit North Kerala in the future and can highly recommend!

Tailor Fare put together an amazing trip for my family and I. The hotel choices were superb and the prices very reasonable. I think a little bit more advice could have been given on activities though. I would definitely recommend Tailor Fare and would use them again.
