Bought a ticket before lockdown. Obviously no one can travel. They called me the first week in April to say they will refund my money. As if today (31st of July) they have been incommunicado. I can't reach them at all at any time of the day. I've been calling every hour because they said they are operating a minimal service but it's just voicemail. I don't know what else to do. It's really awful.

Due to Covid19, the limited hours to call this travel agent means you are hanging on the phone for a very long time. This is why I have given a low scoring.

Good travel agent, fairly priced

My flight to Ghana was the week the lockdown came in force. A week after I called the office and was told I will get my refund back or vouchers.
I have been calling ever since sometimes staying on the telephone every so ofter every day.
I can't get hold of anybody and don't know what is going on.
Is African Air Services folded up?
British Airways customer service can't also help me eventhough they are their agent.
I wish someone in the office helps as we are ready to travel sometime this year.

COVID shouldn't be the reason you are still only open 4 hours a week. YES. 4 HOURS A WEEK!
Unable to reach them in those 4 hours and really regret having anything to do with them.
I have a voucher I still haven't been able to claim for almost 2 years and these people are such a nightmare.

Currently looking at legal options and would recommend people use anywhere else.

Booked a flight to Ghana. The E ticket said Gatwick for departure. We arrived after paying £70 to find we had to go to Heathrow. Paid £104 to get to Heathrow.
