TUI Holiday Store

Booked here for our summer holiday to Costa Rica, they matched their online price and staff very friendly and said would link to booking together and would email me. 2 days later got email saying all requests we put forward and 2 booking linked.

Really helpful staff with great knowledge base on all of the different holiday types they provide. Whether it's a Cruise, short breaks, full on holidays and flights. Between the various members of staff they can provide detailed information about most destinations. There is also a currency exchange in the shop.

Very helpful and efficient staff meant my daughter was able to book her wedding when and where she hoped.

The service at this Tui store was above and beyond as usual! We always book with Sarah as she not only is very knowledgeable & professional she also takes her time to listen to our needs as a family for our holiday choices.
All the staff here are very helpful and so friendly. We feel so looked after from the moment we arrive until even after our holidays ended.
