We cannot recommend Bellarome Travel for providing us with the best holiday we could have ever asked for.
Due to covid it was postponed for over two years and it was absolutely no bother at all in rearranging the dates a few times and keeping in contact with the team. Any unavoidable last minute changes to the detailed and incredibly planned itinerary were fantastic and always very well communicated. We were able to pay in separate payments which was also great for us.
Alex went above and beyond with our trip where we went to Rome, Florence and Venice and we also did a day trip whilst in Florence where we went to Pisa, San Gimignano and Siena which I cannot recommend enough if you get the chance to add it onto your excursion.
I was in regular communication with Alex throughout the whole process via email and phone and he was always incredibly helpful and polite. We were not experienced travellers and he always answered all of my queries in very good time.
Bellarome managed everything from the air travel, airport transfers, hotels, tours, excursions and trains.
I would also recommend booking the excursions with Bellarome if you can as all of the tours and the tour guides were amazing, their knowledge and general candour was exceptional. If we ever had any problem locating the tour guide it only took a quick phone call either to the tour company itselves or Bellarome.
My phone was sadly stolen in Rome which is something I would be wary of but I was put at ease when I rang Alex in a bit of a panic who easily made sure all of my contact details were changed to my partners in case someone needed to get in touch with us.
Our trip to Italy was something myself and my partner will remember as one of the best times of our lives. I honestly cannot put into words how absolutely incredible the whole holiday was from start to finish and cannot thank Alex and Bellarome enough for their impeccable organisational skills and amazing Italian knowledge. We had such a wonderful experience! The itinerary was exactly what we wanted, and our guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. When we had concerns, Bellarome responded immediately and resolved any issues. We have decided that a private tour is the only way to travel. We learned so much and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Bellarome Travel was recommended when our regular travel agent closed shop. So happy that we took the recommendation! We made our travel arrangements just before Covid hit and had to postpone our trip many times. Daniel, in particular, was a huge support to us as we dealt with all the cancellations and rescheduling, while he had to deal with the uncertainty of the effect of Covid on his own industry. Through it all he was kind, understanding, reassuring and supportive. We finally made a flawless trip in May 2022 thanks to Daniel. Highly recommend this company.

It was a lovely vacation mostly because Italy is a lovely country. But we did not get what we paid for. We were able to get receipts from our hotels and price estimates from all of the vendors for our excursions and day trips and we estimated bellarome could have possibly kept 30% to 50% commission, they also didn’t book our flights so this was 2 or 3 star experience with a five star price tag. If we would have planned this our selves we could have had a much better honeymoon. When we voiced our concerns they refused to give us an itemized list of where our money was going. Lucky for us we were able to get all of the receipts from the hotels and companies we used for excursions. This really put a damper on our honeymoon and I strongly advise anyone who uses them to research the hotels and activities they plan for you. I would like to reiterate that we got the actual receipts from the hotels so we know exactly how much was spent there. Also the vendors were kind enough to give us estimates. Bellarome got us one upgrade for Florence the other two hotels no action was taken on their end.

Great vacation with Bellarome Travel. It was all well arranged. We decided to use a tour company for our trip, to have the support on hand, especially after the last 2 years. Seeing tthe UK and Italy was an amazing experience and one we really needed Thank you Bellarome!

Choosing Bellarome Travel was the best decision I made for our first visit to Italy. Mario listened to what we wanted for our trip and planned the best anniversary trip for us. Even though Covid caused us to cancel the trip in February, Mario offered options to us so we just postponed the trip until October. We have just returned from Sicily and our adventure was perfect. I highly recommend Mario and his company, Bellarome Travel.

Super star vacation! Paris 3 nights, Positano 4 nights and Sicily 6 nights. We stayed in Syracuse and Taormina while in Sicily. Good hotels, all transport arranged and some really memorable local tours. Bellarome are the real deal for sure!

We just returned from a vacation planned by Daniel and the Bellarome team, and it was truly the trip of a lifetime! We have three sons, aged 21, 18 and 16, and we are all futbol/soccer fans, and a few of us enjoy history. Daniel understood this and planned an incredible ten-day adventure based in two cities, Manchester and London which included three soccer matches, four days of well-planned tours, reliable, on time transportations, and a special NYE dinner. We still had freedom to do some of our own sightseeing and plan our own restaurants. All in all such a fantastic experience for our entire family!
