Hayes and Jarvis

Matt at Hayes & Jarvis has been amazing in guiding us, planning and securing our trip to Singapore and Australia. The two holiday options he presented clearly demonstrated he had taken account of all our requirements including places to visit and our budgetary considerations. His suggestions look amazing and we are very excited about our trip at Christmas. Matt worked hard to ensure the trip happened this year despite all the uncertainties of the travel industry after Covid. His attention to detail and work to secure best value for money has been excellent. We have been impressed with his professionalism, nothing has ever been too much trouble and we have been extremely grateful for his advice and prompt response to questions even out of hours. We are highly satisfied with the experience in booking our trip and feel Matt has gone that extra mile. We would not hesitate to contact Matt at Hayes & Jarvis again.

Just booked another trip to Thailand with Hayes & Jarvis. Chris Cook was, as always extremely helpful and managed to get the exact holiday that we wanted. For myself and my husband, Chris is always our first choice when we are seeking a holiday, although we do cast our net widely, he always comes out on top. Everything we ask for he goes above and beyond and constantly keeps us updated. We have travelled with Hayes & Jarvis now for many years and cannot fault the service we receive. Excellent once again.

This will be my second holiday booked with Hayes and Jarvis.
I booked with them to visit the Maldives in November 2018 and I will be going again in March 2023.
I have been in contact with a lovely, helpful gentleman called Jasdeep who has done his absolute best to make sure that I have the best holiday that I can.
Hayes and Jarvis invest their time with putting together the holiday of your dreams.
Their latest concierge service will be a great benefit to me as I will be holidaying solo again and knowing that there is someone available 24/7 will give me peace of mind during my time away.

I will highly recommend Hayes and Jarvis and will no doubt be booking a 3rd holiday with them soon !!

Just booked a trip to Mauritius with Hayes & Jarvis. Chris Cook helped us through every step of the way, providing advice on the time of year, airlines to use, areas to visit, and was very accomodating in finding us prices from both Hotels that Hayes & Jarvis work with regularly and some that he had to reach out to independently. We have recently booked our honeymoon with Chris at Hayes & Jarvis . The end result being time in Cape Town , a Safari followed by a beach break in Mauritius.
We had an idea of what we wanted to do but no clear preference on timings / duration . Chris was patient and dealt with our million questions quickly and efficiently . He was able to add his personal experiences as well as his profession opinions to help us decide between various things. He provided revisions to proposals super quick and helped us get everything booked . We would highly recommend Chris and Hayes & Jarvis .

We were planning a trip to Vietnam and having spoken to other travel companies, contacted Hayes and Jarvis and received a prompt call back from Chris Cook. Chris listened and made note of all of our needs for the trip and created an itinerary that worked for us perfectly. Chris was easily contactable at all times and always replied to queries incredibly quickly. Excellent service from Chris and would highly recommend.

My husband and I have just booked a trip to South America (Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, and the Galapagos) with Hayes and Jarvis. This is our first time booking with them, and we were really impressed by the experience. Our travel consultant (Beth Coombs) was fantastic - she took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted, and came back with an absolutely amazing itinerary for us. In particular we appreciated that Beth gave us lots of different options for accommodation, and a choice of activities to tailor our holiday. Compared to quotations from other travel agencies, we thought that the design of the itinerary was superior and that the trip was better value for money. We'd love to book with them (and Beth) again!

A big thank you to Matt Doidge for putting together such a lovely itinerary for our trip to Australia. He’s designed it around the things we knew we wanted to do, plus things he recommended based on our interests. He’s been very responsive to our questions and any changes we wanted to make: nothing has been too much trouble. This is the second time we have used Hayes and Jarvis. The first time was exceptional so we just can’t wait for this holiday now.
