Popped into this agency as we were booking our first cruise and wanted to discuss the options with an expert and Natallia was great. She was friendly and listened carefully to what we wanted (we are a family looking for a med cruise) and she beat the quote previously given by an Internet adviser. It was relaxing chatting in the pleasant surroundings with complimentary drinks, much nicer than your standard high street travel agent. We left having paid a manageable deposit, full of excitement, feeling in safe hands.
