The girls in the shop in cannock are brilliant, so helpful and pleasant. Just booked our first cruise with them and with a long list of questions they answered everything. Would recommend everyone to visit for there help with holidays

Very disappointed with the help I needed , I rang and spoke to someone telling her I had split up with the person I was to be going on holiday with , and needed my ticket so I could still go on holiday, I was told that even tho I had payed for my own holiday I was not allowed to do that , now they have cancelled the holiday because of the virus and can have a full refund but its all going the be played to my ex boyfriend , I I know that I have lost £980 because he will not give it me back , please do not book with this shame of a company. 😡

Brilliant team here I have never booked a holiday abroad before and they helped so much it was unbelievable....even advised where to get my euros from ..

I have booked our dream Disney World holiday via Polkadot Travel in Lichfield, Alicia and the team were very friendly and managed to price match what I had found. Id rather book via a Travel Agent then online myself.

Since booking, I was having some trouble understanding Disney's Disney Experience app, linking tickets and seeing all of my party in my App, I tried to call today but the call was diverted to Josh in Cannock and kudos to Josh! He has been so helpful and informative and has dealt with the issue for me. Thank you Josh at Cannock for all your help with my Disney World booking today.

Was OK in the end, got holiday we wanted , although first booking for hotel in Spain, wen we done our research into hotel it had terrible reviews, so canceled that 1. Got good hotel after going into shop and going over with them wot we wanted.

Just spoke with Amy at Call centre and like all staff at Polka Dot was very helpful and informative. Always get great service from this travel agent. Staff at Cannock and Stafford stores are amazing. Give them a try as they can help with staycations too😊👍
