TUI Holiday Store

I came into store looking at a holiday I had seen online, spoke to Gina and she answered all my questions. My husband and I also purchased insurance with her, which was quick and easy! I will definitely be coming back for my next holiday as all of the girls are friendly and great at their job!

I went in to the store and were welcomed by friendly staff. They were very helpful with finding the perfect holiday for myself and my partner. They explained everything that we needed to do and went through the holidays in detail to make sure we had what we wanted. Thank you to the girls in TUI Worthing for making the experience easy and hassle free.

We visited this branch at 16.30 and by 17.00 our holiday was booked! Agent Kayleigh was brilliant - took us through all the deals, did some comparisons and gave us some great hints and tips based on her own personal experience. All details were thoroughly explained so we knew what we were signing up for. Thank you - we’re very excited for our adventure!

Came into store today and booked my holiday with Gina. I don't normally travel that often as I'm quite a nervous traveller, but after speaking with Gina I was filled with such excitement! Gina seemed very experienced and clearly knew what she was doing, through her I not only booked a holiday but also several experience's alongside some travel insurance! We came in on Sunday and Vicky helped us find the perfect holiday for our family. We had know idea where to go, and Vicky helped us find what is important to us. She even sorted out the insurance and some lovely experience for us to do when we are there.

I always receive the highest standard of customer service in Tui, all of the staff in the Worthing store are always so friendly and attentive. I booked my most recent holiday with Chloe, who was very thorough and efficient with what I wanted for my holiday. I’ve never been disappointed, would highly recommend.

My family always book our holidays through this shop. The staff are always welcoming and explain all aspects of your chosen holiday. Any problems or requirements that you need to be sorted out the staff always deal with them with no problem.
