Beautiful ship celebrity Beyond 😍 It was our frist trip. We enjoyed it. Staff are very helpful and nice ship very clean and great food

Celebrity Beyond was amazing. Everything about the cruise was perfection. However, the company are let down hugely by their Customer Services. Waiting hours on the phone to speak to someone, then eventually giving up. Given up after holding for two and a half hours. Every attempt is the same. Totally unacceptable. Will not book with them again for this reason. Email is not much better. Been trying to resolve a problem with them for almost 4 months and no nearer to getting it sorted. No one takes ownership of the problem. Someone different looks at my emails each time and they don't read the email thread, so I have to go through the same story every time.

What a delight to be pampered on the Celebrity silhouette, waiters were excellent in every restaurant and ,bar and mike the Cruise director with his bubbly personality, loved the lock in and sing along, also the silent disco what a laugh we had. the only downside having taken the drinks package, there was no Southern Comfort on board, so my wife had the odd rum and coke and i had the zero beer. The food was to die for congrats to the chef and team and not to mention the cabin staff, always a cheery good morning.July 16th to July 23rd Norway

We have taken 20+ cruises with royal caribbean and Celebrity. Celebrity is a quieter, more relaxed experience and I would say a step up in customer service and catering. The concierge cabins are lovely, ships are always very clean and hygienic.

First cruise with family, on Silhouette from Southampton, for 2 weeks around the Med.

Enjoyed it so much we've booked another cruise from Barcelona next Aug!

Everything about the ship was nice - the food, entertainment and facilities are excellent, but the staff make the experience even better. Always professional, helpful and friendly.

Highly recommended.

In my opinion the best of all the cruise lines and we have been on most.

Best for Cruises advice second to none, we only want to use this company never let us down so I say WELL DONE.

Baltic cruise recommended, we went in 2019, but obviously Russia now off the menu.
Excellent food and accommodation etc
Portugal and Canaries booked next October.
