No one pick the phone and bad customer services and there don't get back to the customer

First of all , the shop is closed most of the time .
Secondly they don't answer phone .

After many attempts I had got through, they said with customer and to call back.

Didn't even ask my name or number .
It was female Lady ,

Very poor service indeed .

You are better off booking in line
