TUI Holiday Store

The TUI store in Dover is an always been a first class store to visit , book and obtain the best service available. Have used this store for over 20 years and have never had one single problem. Always polite and professional but with a friendly touch . Sad to see that the manager Marian is retiring but her efforts over the last 20 years have been amazing . Just recently booked another holiday with them and the young lady Caroline sorted and booked everything in an amazing and friendly way . All the other staff are equally amazing and it’s the only store that I would use and have always used to sort out things that sometimes are stressful.

Me and my family went down to the store a week ago, to get some help to book a Disney hoilday as we was finding it hard to get a good affordable price. We spoke to a travel assistant called Aimee down there and she had a look and found some prices but they where still a little to high for us, so she really went the extra mile for us and spent the free time she had, to have a deeper look to get us the best price and email us the results, and because of her hard work we are able to go to Disney.

We would highly recommend going down to book a hoilday than online as they think of everything.

The staff in Dover were brilliant. Much better than booking online as they are very knowledgeable and answer any questions you may have and help through the whole booking process with great holiday suggestions and advice. A special thank you to Valerie for helping make the booking and all the professional excellent advice and help she gave.
