I booked my package with Cloud nine, I won't deny i am a very complicated person, which meant I changed my flights numerous times,not once they showed any frustration or fobbed or left me stranded

I was on the other side of the world, yet changing my flights according to my needs was just a matter of pressing few buttons and it was done with total professionalism.

I got everything perfect A to Z and their responses were also timely Alhamdulilah.

The only thing that effected me was they don't accept credit card but I hope this option returns soon.

They put customers before profit, I personally felt unlike other local travel agents.

I was looking for a honeymoon package and someone told me to try cloud 9 so I contacted them in late feb/early march and told them exactly where I wanted to go which were 3 destinations including Bali. They told me that they're not doing holidays to Bali because the borders closed and they're not sure if it'll open so they don't want to take the risk which fair enough. They said they don't do one of the other destinations either and kept offering Dubai and Maldives. I made it clear that me and my husband do not want to go Dubai. In the end I agreed for them to give me a quote to Muscat and Maldives. The guy I spoke to said he'll give me a quote in a week and call me back, im glad I didn't wait around because I never got a call back from cloud 9. I then noticed today on their social media that they shared a post of a client in Bali who had booked through them. I thought they weren't doing holidays to Bali because the borders were closed? Anyways I have booked my honeymoon with another company which includes Bali and they told me that the borders were open for tourists. I wouldn't want to book with someone who can't contact back when willing to spend 7K on a honeymoon.

Booked our trip to Dubai and Maldives with Ebrahim at Cloud Nine Travel for August 2022. Ebrahim really sorted out us with the best resort at Maldives (Siyam World) at a really good price. We definitely got more then our moneys worth. Ebrahim also sorted us with the best seats on the flight for all our flights.

Went to cloud nine for our honeymoon booking and had a meeting with Ebrahim. He gave us a very precise and clear service with lots of information talking us through different areas and tourist attractions and the services provided. Everytime we rang for anything he would always respond very efficiently and sorted what we needed doing. Will definitely be going there again for future holidays. Thank you Cloud nine.

So we are still adjusting to the change in temperature & the 5 hour time difference! But what an amazing trip to Dubai & the Maldives! This Honeymoon would of never happened without cloudnine.travel who, from start to finish, helped us plan every little detail. We can't thank cloudnine.travel enough for their hard work, their time, working around us, even with all the PCRs/Apps we needed to download. Ibrahim always went the extra mile for us, bearing in mind we had to change our date 4 times due to Covid-19, not once were we pressured to make any outstanding payments until 4 weeks before we flew out. Ibrahim handled everything A to Z can't thank him enough!
