Kuoni Bluewater

Popped in a few weeks ago and the team were super friendly and helpful. Josie was the person we sat with, she was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and helped us with everything we needed to know. We couldn't fault the teams service.

From the very first appointment with Jack at Kuoni Bluewater it has been a real joy to deal with not only Jack but in his absence, the whole team within the store. Jack took time to understand our initial holiday requirements, presented a shortlist of potential holidays locations/hotels and once we had selected the resort, took care of all of the arrangements seamlessly. Our first holiday via Kuoni was during the pandemic lockdowns and they supported us tremendously when our daughter's pre-departure Covid test showed positive! Thankfully, after their advice, and a retest the day before departure, thankfully our daughter's subsequent Covid test was negative, and the holiday commenced. Phew! However, the teams' compassion, understanding and advice was invaluable during this rather nerve-wracking period. Needless to say, we have been back and booked subsequent holidays with Jack and, again, all of which have been handled in a most professional, extremely knowledgeable and outstanding manner. From my perspective, I would thoroughly encourage anyone to book an appointment with Jack and the Kuoni Bluewater store to discuss their holiday requirements. Keep up the great work Jack and all in the Bluewater store.... in today's world, is rare to find such great knowledge and service.

We have had a number of holidays with Kuoni but we had never booked via their outlet in the Bluewater Shopping Center, Kent. We called in on the off chance to see about a river boat trip to Holland in April next year to see the bulb fields. We met Josie who was brilliant. She listened to us, understood our needs and set about selecting the two most suitable packages for us. She showed us the details on screen next to each other so we could compare and choose for ourselves. I would recommend Josie and the team at Bluewater if you want excellent prompt service and assurance that you get the holiday you want. Thank you.

Went into Bluewater Branch to book next years holiday, Josie Doe, could not have been any more helpful. She sorted out direct BA flights and hotel on Antigua, for our selected dates.
In addition came back to us later with flights at better deal

Contacted Kuoni, Bluewater. Spoke to a very nice assistant manger called Jack pike. Regarding a trip to Thailand in February we are planning. Gave us some amazing ideas and crafted a lovely itinerary for us. Brilliant service.

Jack and Nicole were super helpful throughout the whole process and even when the Sri Lanka part of our trip was cancelled a few weeks before our trip, they swiftly gave us multiple options. We ended up have an amazing honeymoon and this was all down to the superb work from Kuoni!
