TUI Holiday Store

Excellent customer service. Popped in on the off chance to explore their deals for holidays in September. Was greeted by a lady who checked us in and told us to return when they give us a call. Within 10 minutes we had a call and we was introduced to a lovely lady called EMILY who was happy to help us. Explained to Emily a few of our requests and we filtered through many holidays. After a few ifs and buts we eventually found a fantastic holiday for an excellent price too. Emily made sure everything was perfect for us by checking the trip advisor reviews, travel time from the airport, weather and things to do within the area. Thank you Emily.

We visited Tui Bluewater today and were served by Ashley. She was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She took the time to look at a number of resorts to ensure we were happy and got the best deal available. A huge thank you to Ashley, excellent service and two very happy customers!

I was completely stuck on where to go on holiday this year and decided to go into store. I am so glad I did. I was served by Bailey, who was so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Bailey helped me design a perfect holiday, which I cannot wait for. She listened to everything I wanted and found the perfect package. My partner and I was unsure on where to go on holiday so thought I would pop to the store to get some help. I was served by Sharon who was so lovely and helped us look through a number of different holidays destinations, finding amazing hotels to our criteria, all within our budget! She was able to narrow it down to 2 locations and plan on booking our holiday this weekend. Would highly recommend anyone speaking to Sharon in store!

Me and my partner went into the store with 2 very different hotels/countries in mind. The amazing Sharon in bluewater TUI managed to find us an amazing deal that complimented what we both wanted out of a holiday. So welcoming and friendly and able to answer all of our queries.

100% suggest going into the store instead of booking online for any great little finds and deals

If anyone is booking a holiday this store is far the best to go to.

We had a problem with our last holiday and Jo and the rest of the girls got it sorted and done everything they could to get the issue resolved. ( still waiting to hear back...but pleased with the result so far)
As for booking our new holiday she done everything for us and made it simple and easy.
We would definitely go back to this store to book again.
