TUI Holiday Store

It was OK until we came to come home. Our flight got cancelled and then the new flight got delayed by 4 hours but instead of leaving at the hotel longer they still decided to getbat the airport where we couldn't get any sleep. We were issued food vouchers but it's not food you want at midnight it is sleep. Now trying to put a claim in for delayed and cancelled flights and they don't recognise the flight numbers. To try and get to actually speak to someone at Tui is actually impossible it's an absolute joke.

Staff very friendly and did everything possible to assist us in booking both our honeymoon and a family holiday for next year, will definitely be returning when we are ready to book our next holiday

Booked 2 holidays with Steph today in the Caribbean... After a long time deliberating we are very happy with our bookings. We have booked many holidays with Steph... I popped in when we were struggling to to repeat this years great Tui holiday, booking on line. I met Robyn and explained the problem. With her expertise she was able to offer what we initially thought would suit and e-mail me details. Over the next week she helped further by phone and e-mail and she successfully fine tuned things to our ideal booking. What a lovely friendly and helpful lady. Visited Tui Corby in ASDA on Sunday 18th Dec to book our next Holiday.

Robyn was very helpful and knowledgeable she listened to our list of things we wanted and was able to narrow down some options which we were then able to identify our next holiday destination.

Staff at the Corby TUI Store were very helpful and we have since booked a holiday to Madeira.

Ten out of ten service from Jessica! She was just as excited as we were when we booked our holiday with her yesterday. Her manager was in store as well and she kindly helped with any other questions we had. The customer service is outstanding and the value for money is great too, she was able to price match the website.

Nothing was too much and we were told to come back any time with any questions big or small.
