called to pay for a flights I booked, was told to wait until the person that i spoke was finished, then they said he would call me back.... and never did in the mean time the flights prices went up - clearly they aren't interested in my business.

From the moment I stepped into the Flight Centre in Woking, it has been a wonderful and easy experience. I had the lovely Gemma looking after me and she is a very knowledgeable girl, giving me great advice on where the best places are to go and making me feel very at ease with her. I did not have to worry about a single thing as everything was done in such a professional manner. I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for me, making me able to live my long dreams of travelling around South East Asia! Will definitely come back here again to book future holidays! I got help with some quotes for a recent trip to Australia with the team at Flight Centre, Woking. From the moment I walked into the store I found all the staff to be smiley and happy and welcoming. The lady I made the inquiry with (I think it was the Manager there) spent a long time with me and my partner to ensure all options were looked into. She had great knowledge of the best places to visit and ways we could save money. I really felt there wasn't that hard sell which you come to expect sometimes with booking agents. She ensured we looked at the best flight options and moved dates around to make the trip fit with our dates and budget. I would recommend visiting this store to book your trips. I will be going back to book our summer holiday there too as it was so easy and they did all the hard work for me. I have been converted from an online holiday booker as its easier for them to put the whole trip together with the best rates!

Pleasant staff but were 10 percent more expensive than most online and even local travel agents.
