I’ve used Zara on several occasions now. Using her has saved me hours of trawling the internet and also provides the security and back up of using a Company. You download the app and you receive personalised details of your proposed trip which shows clearly flights, transfers, timings and any special requests. Once you’ve selected your trip you receive a personalised wallet with all your documents - including luggage tags! This really came into its own this year when a fabulous holiday in Sardinia booked through Zara came unstuck thanks to COVID 19. Before we had really considered the implications Zara contacted us to say she had cancelled the holiday and had safeguarded our monies. Once we were ready to consider to plan b Zara quickly understood our requirements and provided us with a range of holiday cottages in the UK to consider. We never felt a bother if we changed our mind and we ultimately achieved a fabulous holiday in Wales which delighted us and ticked every single box. Zara has also provided help and support on flights I had booked direct. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Zara provides a personalised service and is warm and bubbly as well as informative. Her years in the travel industry give her a breadth of knowledge and understanding that benefits her clients. I’m only sad we haven’t been able to book more trips this year with her but have everything crossed for next year.

We have had the most amazing 3 week road trip in Canada. Being first time flyers we were very nervous but Zara was calm and very professional, nothing was too much trouble, knowing she was at the end of a phone really was reassuring and we were able to enjoy travelling around the most beautiful places in Canada.
