Hays Travel Nantwich

Would recommend, location good bud route outside front door, small mall for an evening stroll. Food good quality and range. Service from hotel staff excellent. Rooms sufficient space clean and well laid out. Entrainment of an evening very good. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

I visited the shop to ask that my mother in laws name to be removed from their mail list. I had previously contacted head office a couple of months before. I still get the mailings. Not impressed.

waiting for over 20 minutes at the currency counter, it initially took 20 minutes to be recognised as waiting. apparently only one member of staff was able to process the currency exchange, who then still proceeded to take another 15 minutes acknowledge and serve us. i would of thought dropping things for 5 minutes (with the customers he was already with when we arrived) to sort a quick transaction would make sense in regards to customer service? but what do i know!

Currently still waiting for someone to sort out currency in Nantwich Hays! The experience so far has been horrendous we have been waiting 20 minutes, 1 out of the 2 staff in ON A SATURDAY is actually trained to do this, 2 other people have left a shop as they have waited so long. Does it not make sense to stop endless trawling for indecisive clients, for 5 minutes, to sort out currency customers, for 5 minutes, to prevent issues like this? Absolutely ridiculous.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Great holiday price and package was just what we were looking for. I would use Hays Travel Nantwich again and I would highly recommend

Always welcoming when they find us the perfect holiday for us

We recently called into branch and ordered Mexican pesos for our holiday. We were informed the currency would be ready to collect 2 days later, fine.
What was not fine was they never turned up, I doubt they were even ordered. Now faced with extortionate rates at the airport or landing with sterling.
Shoddy service, will never use again

I have more professionalism in my little finger than Sam at the Nantwich store, full of promises none kept, it would help if he knew what he was doing, change a holiday, refund £946 , excuse afyer excuse none of his promises, I will keep you updated, phone you etc. Would not waste your time spending your hard earned cash with this company, lot better holiday companies out there.
