I have been given a provisional booking, held until tomorrow. I have phoned 4 times today, and listened to the ‘you are very important to us’ message for over 115 minutes. A very polite man spoke with me and arranged the itinerary, etc. yesterday, but today, the customer experience has been a worst ever. Even worse than with BT.

I had a frustrating day, trying to phone to confirm a provisional booking. So many others phoning, that my call was not answered. I gave up, BUT - the following morning, Trailfinders phoned me. So apologetic, polite, professional, helpful. I am so glad that I chose Trailfinders, and look forward to our holiday with great confidence.

We had a few issues in contacting Trailfinders which was frustrating. However once we got through our trip planner was fantastic. Johanna, answered all our concerns and went out of her way to ensure we had all the information required to quieten our concerns and put our minds at rest. Borneo here we come

Booked up for new zealand the other month for 2023 saw cassie hollis she was great really made the whole experience very easy nothing to much trouble very friendly i would recommend trailfinders to anyone

Booked to go backpacking with my girlfriend through Trailfinders. They are very helpful always available if you have questions,everything is very organised and easy to understand and access. Definitely recommend if your looking to do something similar.
