After spending 8K on her retirement trip, my mother had to postpone flights due to having a heart attack and consequent open heart surgery. I spoke to Mark and was told we could not change flights at all and the only condition for cancellation would death! I then spoke to Virgin, who the flights were booked with, and they said it was entirely possible to amend the flights given the circumstances. I contacted Just Fly Business and was redirected to Amanda, who is possibly the rudest person I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I had to hassle her but she did eventually agree to discuss our options with Virgin, who agreed to change the flights. This was relief until I was informed we would be charged an additional £1600.00. Amanda told me this would be the case on any date we chose because the flights were more expensive, which I found incredibly difficult to believe. I can only deduce Just Fly Business were trying to extort money from us when we were clearly in a vulnerable situation. The only positive thing I have to say is Mark was nice, although seemingly unable to help. Amanda has a lot to learn about customer service. Avoid and book with an online provider like KAYAK or just go straight to the airline. If we had done this, Virgin told us we wouldn't have had any issues and my mum wouldn't have lost 8k from her retirement fund. Just Fly Business - I hope you're proud of yourselves!

Although third parties could secure better rates during our recent trip from To Spain we learned that good rates are not all you need. You need support if things go wrong!! JustFly mishandled a flight cancellation and caused a significant amount of stress and ruined a few days of our vacation that we had to be on the phone. we also lost a few days of our vacation due to their inflexibility. WestJet canceled our return flight from Barcelona to Toronto. The airline denied responsibilities regarding rebooking since the booking was done through the 3rd party and JusfFly was refusing to help with rebooking. They told us they can trigger issuing a refund that could take 6 weeks to process and that they can not help rebook because WestJet doesn’t have anything available and it has to be a flight with WestJet. The next WestJet flight was 10 days later. I am not sure if anybody can extend their vacation by 10 days but we couldn’t !! They were asking us to go book a one way ticket back to Canada and the prices were triple the amount we would have been refunded!!! We were very polite and patient but in one of the calls the agent chose to JustHangUp without offering a resolution and he never called back although they always ask for a callback number. Long distance calls, feeling abandoned in a foreign country we spent hours of our much needed valuable vacation time after all the COVID lockdowns to try to make an argument that the agency is responsible to rebook or looking online to find an alternative path home. The prices range was 1500$ for a return flight and we would be refunded 500$. You would wait 40 minutes to talk to an agent who would refuse to transfer to somebody who can help and refuse to offer an escalation path. Finally in one of the calls the agent helped with rebooking but it had to be another WestJet flight although I’m pretty sure they have access to all airlines. So the offered flight was 3 days earlier so although we are cutting our vacation short at least we can get back to our home country, Canada! Both WestJet and JustFly are Canadian companies and I am disappointed a Canadian on the line in these companies chose to refuse helping us more gracefully! We learned that no booking through a third party is risky and we will avoid it in future. None of these companies offer you compensation for the lost time and stress and anxiety they cause and no amount of saving is worth the risk of being stuck!!

Brilliant service , on all aspects of the process .
Staff could not do any more , lovely people and make it easy to do business with them .
They provided the best and most competitive price , but not at the risk of a sub standard service offering.
Having the backing of the Hays travel group adds further confidence and trust to the consumer / provider relationship.
Cannot speak more highly of Amy , Emily , Elliott & Mark , all are a credit to the group .
I would highly recommend them , not only for price but for the back up service they provide .

Having used JFB for trips to Australia and South Africa, I have been incredibly impressed with both their service (Elliott is my go-to) and their prices.
This is a 5-Star business offering luxury travel at very accessible prices without compromise - they help me to keep more of my money in my own pocket when I travel!!
Just about to book a business trip to the US and family holiday to Australia with them knowing I won't be disappointed.

We have used Justflybusiness both pre and post Covid. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
When Emirates cancelled all flights we were in Australia. Amanda contacted us and found us an alternative flight.
This year there have been issues with Qatar’s website.
The team have worked ceaselessly and sorted out the exact flight and seats that we wanted.
We cannot overstate their professionalism, patience and ability to reassure.
We will continue to use this company and recommend them without reservation.
