TUI Holiday Superstore

I have booked 3 holidays for this year with Alan at the Staines Branch.. I have booked previous holidays with him as well and always go on recommendation with Alan or we come up with the same holidays. Alan is very knowledgeable and is fantastic at his job and we have never had a bad holiday.. We have previously booked Mexico,Maldives,Florida,Turkey,Cyprus and NewYork & Mexico for this year..
If ever I have a problem or need anything Alan is always their to help. I would recommend and have recommended Alan to my friends as his Customer Service skills are superb. Alan is always friendly and always has a smile nothing is too much for him. That’s why I have given Alan 5 Stars…

Fantastic customer service when we went in there looking for a holiday. Noami was Extremely helpful she showed us loads of beautiful and affordable destinations till we were both happy and chose Italy. Thank you so much for all your help and we are so excited for our holiday! Would highly recommend visiting this store over booking it online it was so much easier through an agent and they price match in store which was a massive bonus.

Great team at TUI Staines. Fantastic customer service at a professional level. Walked in with an idea of just looking to book something for the end of the year for my family of 4 and was greeted by Carly who was bubbly and very attentive to my needs and requirements. Offered a variety of options and even helped with different flight options so my little ones were considered. Carly is a credit to the team.
