Do not book this company! We booked these to do a meet and greet for our vehicle prior to us going on our honeymoon flying from Manchester Airport! We paid in full and received a booking confirmation number and email. On arrival the company refused to collect us and said there was no room in their car park. Even though we had a confirmation email! They take bookings without checking with the actually company who are sent to collect the customers! We we left with no choice but to use the multi story car park at the airport with a cost of £280 to park our car for 5 nights! This company refuse to contribute to any of the cost and I’m still waiting to be refunded with the money they took without providing the service they said they would. This company should be closed down! Nothing but fraudsters .
As I have an expensive car which has a tracker I decided to watch what this company did with my car and they did not do anything other than pick it up on time, take it to their depo and drop it off once I'd landed.
For clarification, I decided not to tell them that I had a tracker as I've had other instances where companies will use my car whilst it's in their possession so wanted to see if this company would do the same and they didn't.
Bearing in mind I paid roughly £10 a day (£70 for a week) for the service to go door to door with my luggage (golf clubs, suitcases, my elderly grandfather) this is cheaper than two people getting a return train fair on the Gatwick express. I do not understand why other people don't see this for what it is which is a cheap door to door service where you get to drive your own car to the front door of the airport then pick it up as soon as you walk out of arrivals when you get back. My mother even said she didn't realise how good this was and she would use it next time too.

EDIT - the owner replied saying 'fake review' which of course is another lie, typical of a company of scammers. Here is the reply they sent when I emailed asking for a refund or credit note because all flights were cancelled due to covid - I suppose the owner will claim I made this up too...
"Unfortunately, you have booked a non-flex parking product which means booking can not be cancelled or amended or refunded hence we are unable to cancel this booking.
You cannot only pick & choose with your convenience please read the terms & condition ( cancellation policy -4.6 )
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.6 Non-Flexible rate bookings cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded.

On our return I rang the mobile number again & we followed the printed instructions to go to Level 5. We were called to say he was waiting on Level 4. Luckily I showed him the printed instructions said level 5. More time wasted & no apology again.
Would not recommend this company/companies. Not professional.
Poor communication, impolite service over the telephone, long delay in arriving to meet at the airport, contradictory action to information given in email.
Do not use this company. They use smaller independent firms to do the work and take no accountability for their service.
Pay more and use another company.
