AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Do not book this company! We booked these to do a meet and greet for our vehicle prior to us going on our honeymoon flying from Manchester Airport! We paid in full and received a booking confirmation number and email. On arrival the company refused to collect us and said there was no room in their car park. Even though we had a confirmation email! They take bookings without checking with the actually company who are sent to collect the customers! We we left with no choice but to use the multi story car park at the airport with a cost of £280 to park our car for 5 nights! This company refuse to contribute to any of the cost and I’m still waiting to be refunded with the money they took without providing the service they said they would. This company should be closed down! Nothing but fraudsters .

I wouldn’t even give this company one star - we used this booking agency in May - we returned from our trip away to be told that they had lost our lost our car key (£275 to replace). We thought this was a joke however it turned into a nightmare. They came to pick us up in a clapped out car with not enough room for our luggage and a driver that it is doubtful he had ever passed his test. He wanted to drive us back (over an hours drive) to get a spare key and then he would go back and then drive our car back to us. We insisted that he take us to our car - what a shock. A disused car park of a pub with no security and guess what? Our car had been left unlocked for 10 days!! Our car was left half on half off a curb under a tree and was covered in mess inside and out from the tree! We had been travelling all night and had arrived at 7.30 in the morning we finally after a horrendous drive home and my husband then having to drive back with the spare key got our car back home at 3pm. We have emailed and called the owner of the company to recover the cost of our key but he has ignored our calls and emails despite promising us that they would cover this as they had lost our key. We are now £275 our of pocket plus our car was unlocked and unsecure for 10 days so why we bothered paying as we may as well left on a street in Heathrow than with this robbing company that are ripping everyone off that uses them. WCPmeetandgreet or Heathrow parking they have used both names. The CEO is a rude and arrogant man that has ignored all our correspondence. We shall be legally taking this further.

Had to leave a review since the others do not seem fair. I have used this company twice when I went to Cuba and last week when I went to Portugal.

As I have an expensive car which has a tracker I decided to watch what this company did with my car and they did not do anything other than pick it up on time, take it to their depo and drop it off once I'd landed.

For clarification, I decided not to tell them that I had a tracker as I've had other instances where companies will use my car whilst it's in their possession so wanted to see if this company would do the same and they didn't.

Bearing in mind I paid roughly £10 a day (£70 for a week) for the service to go door to door with my luggage (golf clubs, suitcases, my elderly grandfather) this is cheaper than two people getting a return train fair on the Gatwick express. I do not understand why other people don't see this for what it is which is a cheap door to door service where you get to drive your own car to the front door of the airport then pick it up as soon as you walk out of arrivals when you get back. My mother even said she didn't realise how good this was and she would use it next time too.

Scammers taking advantage of covid by refusing to refund when flights are cancelled.

EDIT - the owner replied saying 'fake review' which of course is another lie, typical of a company of scammers. Here is the reply they sent when I emailed asking for a refund or credit note because all flights were cancelled due to covid - I suppose the owner will claim I made this up too...

"Unfortunately, you have booked a non-flex parking product which means booking can not be cancelled or amended or refunded hence we are unable to cancel this booking.

You cannot only pick & choose with your convenience please read the terms & condition ( cancellation policy -4.6 )

4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.6 Non-Flexible rate bookings cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded.

If I could leave them 0 stars I would. Worst airport parking experience I've ever had. We had to wait more than 40 mins to return my car at Heathrow car park because the driver left the car there and he had to go for a new job. Although I told him I will get there in 5 mins! And we had to pay for the parking!!! Definitely avoid this!! Poor customer service aswell.

Booked M&G parking at Gatwick. A2Z gave my booking to Aero Travel Extras Ltd. I rang the mobile number as instructed when 25 minutes away. Followed instructions & parked in short stay, car park 6, level 4. Waited & waited. Rang both provided mobiles, one was voicemail & one was not 'available'. Somebody eventually arrived 30 minutes later & said I had booked South terminal. I hadn't & luckily had paperwork printed which showed I was booked for North terminal. Man was from Blue Circle, so we reluctantly handed over our keys to somebody who didn't seem to know anything about the booking. No apology.
On our return I rang the mobile number again & we followed the printed instructions to go to Level 5. We were called to say he was waiting on Level 4. Luckily I showed him the printed instructions said level 5. More time wasted & no apology again.
Would not recommend this company/companies. Not professional.

Extremely poor.
Poor communication, impolite service over the telephone, long delay in arriving to meet at the airport, contradictory action to information given in email.
Do not use this company. They use smaller independent firms to do the work and take no accountability for their service.
Pay more and use another company.

very rude guy at the reception, waited half an hour for shuttle van to come, its says on the website allow 20 minutes extra for transfer but only if the shuttle van is ready, it took us 1 hour from the point we dropped the car to get outside the airport.
