Lack of communication, never had any problems, used them for years, but quite disappointed with the help and communication this time as holiday cancelled 3rd time running, 😒

Went to Hayes today and was completely ignored .Sat waiting 30 mins while other people came in after us and got seen before us .totally unacceptable. Won't be going back
