TUI Holiday Store

Awful service! Went in the other day to change some money. The staff were dealing with booking holidays for 2 people. Not one of them even looked up or acknowledged I was there waiting. Not even to tell me how long I would be waiting. After 10 mins of being ignored I left. Will never use again. Customer service training required!

I would have preferred the advisor not to be chewing gum whilst selling me my foreign currency.

Booked a holiday with Sharon she was fantastic! She understood exactly what my and my partner were looking for in a holiday, provided us with information about the hotel and the local area, we got a fantastic price for a five star resort and had the best holiday! Thanks Sharon will be coming back to book with you again!

Poor service- went in to ask about currency rates, was told of an offer which was ending soon but only had credit card on me, was not made aware of extra charges for using a credit card so bit of a surprise when looking at bank statement- offer of saving a bit of money has ended up costing me more. Staff should make you aware of this, I wasn’t aware and I’m sure there’s others who also won’t be.
