One Hajj & Umrah

Went on Hajj with this company. They are absolutely brilliant. Their services in Hajj out preform all the other companies I have travelled with before for Hajj/Umra. The company is approved my the ministry of hajj. Overall I was extremely pleased by their service, honesty and team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Took the family out in Dec 2019 with them for umrah, mashaAllah one great company which i will highly recommend (very trustworthy). Looked after us elegantly without any issues, provided everything we needed as and when family requiremnetd arose (had 2 kids under 5 and a 9 years old with us) and anytime we encountered any issues their ground staffs came straight away to our room / place where we were to sort the issue out. I had the opportunity to complete my Hajj this year Alhamdulliah. I would like to thank Zahin and his team at One Hajj for their outstanding services throughout the trip. The journey of Hajj is undoubtedly very difficult and straining however I was very pleased with the way One Hajj managed their group and conducted the tour overall.

I travelled to Umrah in January 2020 with One Hajj and Umrah. I was extremely pleased by the service I received from this company. We had fantastic hotels in Makkah and Madinah, the team was very responsive and professional from the moment I made the booking until I returned.

Travelled to Hajj with One Hajj and Umrah, they are a very dynamic and honest Hajj operator. They made our journey very comfortable and their teams in Makkah and Madinah were very welcoming. Would recommend everyone to consider using them when making the journey to Hajj.

To all the Muslim who wanted to go to Umrah and hajj I will ask avoid this travel agent. They are useless. my family booked umrah with them and travelled had a very bad experience from Heathrow to Madina and Makkah. Firstly in Heathrow they send us to wrong terminal then we had rush to catch flight. When we booked they told us they are sending us individually but later on find we are part of a group which they lied to us. We got hotel confirmation here in Uk but when we arrived in madinah it was a different hotel and we had wait in a hotel lobby 3 hours with kids and my elderly mum. Then we wenMakkah we were staying in hotel was quite nice but staying after three days they moved us in different very dirty hotel. They didn’t even inform us that they are moving us . I just don’t understand what kind of Muslim does it to people who are going to house of allah. I will formally complain to CAA about them.

Worst experience we ever had,
Poor communication, we paid top price for umrah but didn’t get what they promised, they think we won’t say anything to them because we are on umrah and that’s why they take advantage of hajjis,
