Lovely staff. Explained everything and even made suggestions. We book the majority of our holidays here

Went in to book a girls holiday, buzzing only to be greeted by a woman who frankly didn't care about whether we were there or not. She did a quick scan of the one destination we mentioned and then gave up. Said she didn't really have anything. Killing our buzz. Extremely rude. If going to book a holiday just nip over to Thomas Cook over the road, lovely men and women in there who are 100x better and more helpful.

The only reason anyone would book in store is if they can't use Internet. Online prices are better plus get full & immediate access to booking details. In store everything takes longer & is less convenient all round. Add to that inept & rude assistant, providing nothing but excuses, and you have no reason to use this shop!

Would never use this store ever again after the treatment i received when going on a holiday in Aug 2019. Booked September 2018 to the same hotel for August and the day before going had a phone call from one of the shops satff saying the hotel booked was not open (but in hind sight it was) the treatment from the OVER TANNED obnoxious member of staff was very pushy
