Met Leo at a Wedding fair, our honeymoon to Mauritius, South Africa, and Swaziland was fantastic. Leo did everything he could to make sure the trip was just what we wanted, and we are already looking at our next trip with Just Journey!

With some reluctance I decided to use a travel agent to book a family holiday to Florida. I am someone who really enjoys researching and planning holidays and love the independence of travelling. However, I was really strapped for time and needed to get the holiday booked.
I am now completely converted. My experience of using Just Journey was exceptional. Alistair carefully listened to the holiday we wanted and put together a fantastic itinerary and then coped with numerous tweaks and questions with understanding and patience. He offered us excellent advice and much of his advice was personal and based on his firsthand experience.
His choice of hotels really met our expectations. The car hire more than met our needs. The flights and timings were perfect. The holiday was perfect.
During our holiday we reflected on the hours it would have taken to put together a similar holiday ourselves and how delighted we were with what Alistair had done.
There really is no going back now! I can’t recommend Alistair and Just Journey enough

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Thailand after trying a local independant agent & finding them to be really unhelpful, Just Journey were recommended to us.
Leo booked all flights, transfers (bar one) & everything ran like clockwork. I did choose 2 out of the 3 hotels, but Leo was always quick.to make suggestions & was very efficient in confirming everything back to us.
We want to plan a hols to South Africa next year & won't hesitate to book with Just Journey again, thank you Leo

It's difficult to find the words to praise Just Journey enough (one of my excuses for taking a while to write this review)! Without doubt Leo and Alistair are absolute gems and I will be eternally grateful for what they achieved for us.
It was no easy challenge that we set them either. A two week trip to Zambia encompassing city time in Lusaka, safari time in Zimbabwe and Botswana, and chill time in Livingstone, including a visit to the magnificent Falls. There was a lot riding on this trip as well, for various reasons, and I wanted to make sure it was a really special experience for my wife and daughter.
At first I manfully tried to put a package together myself but I soon realised that this was going to take far more time and effort than I expected. Having read about Just Journey in the local press, and wanting to support local businesses, I decided to call in for an informal chat. There I met with Leo who greatly reassured me that they could help, and save us money to boot! We then also met with Alistair who listened to our brief, did a lot of research, and provided suggestions, including some based on his personal experience of the locality. They painstakingly put together a complete, customised, two week itinerary for us to consider. They then patiently discussed various alternative options with us until we arrived at the final solution that met our hopes, and also our budget.
In summary Leo and Alistair are very knowledgeable, very patient, so helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to put their customers first. Suffice to say we had an absolute dream of a trip, with great experiences, and overflowing with very special lifelong memories. Thank you so much!

Leo and the team at Just Journeys made the process of booking our honeymoon incredibly straightforward! We had a rough idea of where and when we wanted to go, and then discussed with Leo the types of accommodation that would be best for our preferences and price range, then we had a rough itinerary and quotation within a few days - covering flights, transfers, hotels and hire car, all without us having to sort anything. We then wanted a few additions (as it was our honeymoon) and Leo was happy to liaise directly with the hotels on our behalf to sort all these out.
Overall we had a wonderful honeymoon and would 100% book our holidays through just journeys in the future. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

We have just returned from an amazing holiday in Antigua to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary which was superbly organised by Leo! We gave him some challenges in terms of our changing requirements and he managed to resolve them all. We would thoroughly recommend this travel agents!

We booked our honeymoon to Bali with Leo having never used a travel agent before. I would highly recommend just journey - Leo was brilliant! Communication was great and our honeymoon was fantastic - more than we could have dreamed of! The hotel's were beautiful and the whole trip was seamless.
