TUI Holiday Store

I am so glad that I decided to book our next family holiday through my local leek TUI store.
Their personal attention to detail has been amazing and I’m sure that it will make a big difference to our overall holiday.
I have booked several holidays through my Leek TUI store now and we always get the same amazing service.

Never again will I go in the Leek travel agent's ,took my very well behaved dog in with me to collect some Euro's and got told very sharply by Maria No Dogs allowed in here!. When I said she's been in before I was informed we've had new carpets now and I'm scared of dog's.
I wouldn't take my dog anywhere if she wasn't well behaved.. Leeks supposed to Dog Friendly not in there they're NOT!!!

Tui Derby Street leek excellent customer service such friendly helpful staff nothing is ever too much trouble. Recently helped us take the holiday of a lifetime for 14 people age ranging from 5 years to 70 years their attention to detail offering advice at every stage of the planning. We have booked holidays through Tui at their leek branch for years wouldn’t go anywhere else never had a problem that couldn’t be solved quickly and efficiently with a smile from any member of their staff this holiday was amazing mainly thanks to Marie who even gave us a lesson to use the Disney app and answered dozens of questions no matter how many times we asked. Try them you won’t be disappointed.

I received great customer service from Gemma in the Leek Derby Street branch. She has booked the holiday of a lifetime for us and nothing at all was too much trouble for her. She was so knowledgeable on the holiday which really helped too. Will definatley book with Gemma again 😁 xx
