This isn't really a good place to book your flights, because the tickets are often pretty expensive. One thing I really have to say, the staff are really kind, and do help with your bookings.

Absolutely disgraceful.
I just went in to collect a Western union sum of £176.48, but i was handed only £176 without any mention of the deduction. When i asked why I was told by the manager that he does not pay out below a pound.
After calling Western union I was told to go back and collect my remaining 48p because what they did was ILLEGAL.
On return the manager handed me the money straight away after I told him I called Western union and rudely told me never to come back there.
I will be making a formal complaint to western union about this despical behaviour and attempted THEFT.
