Hi I been having a few problems with my holiday booking ..I tried to get help from messager twitter emails and direct calls to online staff no one would help......I rang Tamworth branch and spoke to Norma she was brilliant she went above and beyond to rectify our problem's. If it wasn't for Norma we would of cancelled our holiday.Thankyou Norma you an absolute star

The staff are fantastic and the decor is great. Costa coffee is close by too.

The service we received from Lisa booking our holiday was first class. From returning our call en route advising on parking to sticking with us patiently for hours on end helping us with flight ticketing and FlyingClub. Lisa listened carefully to our requirements and needs, ensuring these were met and managed to turn what could’ve been an awful customer experience to the best. Well done would recommend visiting. Brilliant first class service.
Had a need to make a call with regard to linking Disney Tickets and again service was awesome. This time Kelly listened knew the resolution and as promised rang and messaged when completed.
All staff so polite courteous friendly with a can do attitude We felt like we were important to them All about the customer experience

Having used Virgin Holidays since it opened in Tamworth, we always have first class service and support and most importantly great holidays. We have dealt with most of the staff in the branch since the opening, but our firm favourite is Kelly. She knows here stuff, and represents Virgin Holidays in a first-class manner.
We would not go anywhere else.
