Staff went over & above to help us book, complicated cancellation & then re-book. Went out of their way to work out the best way to do all of this for OUR BENEFIT. Very patient and caring staff.

Terrible service. For some reason I was routed through this store to pay for my holiday. It means that each time I wish to pay I must make contact. They close early and do not pick up their telephones so you are truly stuck. I've sent emails and have had no response. If I wanted a shop service, I would have chosen one local to me and one can be bothered to pick up the telephone! A terrible service and I will not book with TUI/Thomas Cook ever again!

I found the ladies who work within the store pleasant and helpful. My review is focused on the policy applied when selling foreign currency. I bought Euro today for a trip and was given an exchange rate far lower than the published base rate and much lower than the advertised Tui online rate. I queried this transaction and was then given extra Euro to make up the shortfall from the original transaction. Apparently it is Tui policy to give customers who make a currency exchange in the store a lot less than one would expect to receive in an online transaction. This means the customer has to know the rate before buying and ask for it at the counter. If you don't ask you are given the Tui lower rate of exchange automatically. This is a shabby way to treat people and it seems that Tui value the few extra pounds they might make in profit above their reputation as service providers. I will not use their service again.

We've always booked with TUI at Newcastle and Alison and Georgia have always given us superb service. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

I can’t recommend Naomi enough to help organise a holiday! Especially with booking an abroad wedding! She has been amazing from start to finish… nothing is ever to much to ask and she will offer support and advice where ever she can! Highly recommend!!

Had an issue with TUI regarding a refund and, even though I didn't book through their store, the team at Newcastle Under Lyme did everything they could to help me sort it, can't thank them enough.

I can't thank Ebony enough for all her help in finding us our perfect honeymoon! She has gone above and beyond, and she's a credit to your team. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely book again through Tui and I would recommend Ebony to all my family and friends.
