My experience while communicating with a representative form a London office was excellent. She was very informative, patient and she ensured all that I had required was dealt with. Excellent work! Well done.

We booked a holiday today with Emily. She was so welcoming and answered any questions we had. She was also really patient and friendly with our little toddler. Would definitely recommend!

We booked a holiday today with Charlotte, and was happy in the knowing we was in safe hands yet again with tui.
Charlotte was a delight, friendly and helpful in our booking for next June, as all the staff at the Bilston Rd always are we wouldn't go anywhere else to be honest to name just a few there is Lisa, Sophie, Louise x2, and of course Charlotte and others I'm sorry can't remember names right now but to all the staff thank you again.

What is the point of having an appointment if you are not seen in time snd people who don’t have one come in early get seen then eat into your appt. It’s so frustrating then to be told the lady has no one afterwards, do you think I have no work to go to or other appointments. Surely there should be a time window of 10 min as people can be late but 20min is a joke!

I absolutely loved my experience today we had Lisa such a beautiful and lovely soul. I only ever book with her she makes me feel so comfortable. I am disabled and made me feel so good and complimented my every need I can’t fault her in any way or even the overal experience I get at TUI. I was hesitate to book a holiday due to my wheelchair but today has literally been the best day for me, she made me feel like I can do anything. I love going in store and booking it’s so much better for me the communication is great. I wish nothing but the best for Lisa I will continue to have her regularly every time I think of booking a holiday xxx
