STA Travel - Oxford

Booked an amazing trip with one of their travel experts, Joe recently. His knowledge of products and services is second to none and he manages to get the best deals available. He persuaded me to book an organised trip through STA and I must say that his suggestion was totally the right way forward. An amazingly kind man. Would definitely bookwithJoe again.

I needed STA to resolve a difficult situation for a family member travelling abroad and the circumstances were urgent and complex. I cannot speak too highly of the service, and in particular Mark Dennett's calm professionalism and commitment to get it sorted out. It is heartwarming to find such authentic customer care and I am truly grateful.

Always helpful and excellent at finding bargain flights and hotels

Pretty good at organising a trip. But when you're out on your trip, and need help to possibly reschedule flights or need information about travel status', trying to get hold of STA is a nightmare. I had sent them countless emails about my travel status, and my health condition, but was struggling to get a response. In the end, my mother had to go in to sort it out for me because after 4 weeks of trying while I was away, I had given up. It was becoming frustrating.

Look i understand that we are in unprecedented times and things are tough but..... The communication from ALL OF THE STAFF I HAVE SPOKEN TO IN THIS BRANCH IS SIMPLY NON EXISTENT . The empty promises, the lies are endless and the lack of ownership is shocking.... I have spoken to everyone from your advisor's, your assistant branch Joe, your branch manager Mark and I have been fobbed off by every single person although I was PROMISED a response it has now been over 4+ weeks and I still have nothing ?

Would someone care to elaborate on why this is being allowed to happen please ?
