TUI Holiday Store

Booked a holiday today at TUI Retford with the fantastic Ryan. Such an awesome experience and such a lovely person. I'd been emailing store throughout the week and mainly spoke to the new store manager Dan and what a guy! Absolutely fantastic! As it will be a special holiday for us I was pretty specific in what we wanted, he managed to tick all the boxes and within our budget!
If the service continues throughout we will no doubt be loyal customers to TUI and more specifically the Retford store!
Now to begin our holiday countdown! 😁

Amazing customer service from Ryan, credit to the company. Polite, helpful, Patient and goes the extra mile to ensure every detail is correct, explaining every step so you are fully aware of the process especially assisting with name changes. Thank-you for the patience with the 20 letter surname :)

All the staff are fantastic. Always happy to help with any question/problem no matter how big or small and never rush you. You always get a warm welcome. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to book a holiday.

Hi, I recently booked a surprise mini break for my husband with one of your Representatives called Ryan.
Ryan was really really knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. He helped me add on the extras that I would need which I wouldn’t have known about and keep it a secret . He was very professional and lovely mannered and went above and beyond . I run a local business myself and many of my clients use Ryan for their holiday bookings , and all of us agree he’s amazing at his job and would never look to book with anyone else. When booking my holiday with Ryan, it was fun quick easy and we had the best time on the holiday he found us to Greece. The all-inclusive holiday to Greece as my first all-inclusive - food was amazing and he definitely picked a great spot for us too!! Will go back to book for next years late summers holiday, as the time of year we chose yo go made it affordable for us too! Thank you Ryan :)

We've booked our Wedding Holiday today via Ryan. He's spent the last couple of weeks helping us narrow down our destination, making sure it's best price, telling us what's included in our Wedding package, leading to today and helping us finalise the booking. We felt so stress free and he explained everything to us along the way. He's been fantastic, helped make today a special experience for us, even sorted us a save the date pdf with all the relevant information regarding the wedding to send to our guests. Can't recommend enough.

Due to circumstances beyond their control my flight was cancelled; upon notification I called Tui Retford, Andrew was very professional, very easy to speak to and offered me an alternative that mirrored my original booking and with the help of his Manager Daniel saved me £300. All the staff in the Retford branch are brilliant, but my go to is Ryan Hanson. I have been using Tui for the last 18 years. But since the first time Ryan served us, he is my go to guy. He is so helpful and will always get you the best deal going. Give great advice on your destination. Always so cheerful and go beyond all expectations. He is absolutely a TUI 🌟 🤩 ⭐️
