I've got to say Hays Travel Sprowston are absolutely brilliant ! Yet again they have bent over backwards to help and support us in our requirements and changing our holiday ! Dealing with Barney at the Sprowston shop, you couldn't ask for anything better top bloke Barney !

We wouldn't go anywhere else to book our holidays ! Don't change a thing Hays Travel.

Very helpful staff will do anything to help you. We had problems filling in form for Dominican Republic which was sorted very quickly. Have used this particular branch before every time they are great👍😃

He always answers all my queries with great knowledge in a friendly and relaxed manner even though I put him through his paces yesterday he shone through with his caring and dedicated professional qualities and I left there a very happy customer!

I booked a holiday with Hays back in July for September. Up until this point the service had been helpful and friendly. The holiday came round and the hotel was nothing like the pictures we’d been shown when the holiday was sold to us. This was also topped off by the disgusting state of our hotel room which I wouldn’t even leave a dog to live in let alone a human, which we have photographic evidence off. We ended up coming home early, after Jet2 organised two flights home for us. The next day after arriving home we visited Hays to vent our frustration and to start the ball rolling on a compensation claim. This is where the customer service started to decline. I was under the assumption that when booking through a travel agent they help with every step of the holiday, whether it’s booking or complaints. This hasn’t been the case and Hays have been pushing all responsibilities on to myself to deal with. I’ve been the one who has been in contact with Jet2. If I knew this was the case I would’ve booked the holiday myself and saved the commission from booking with a travel agent. I have been very patient, as well as offering all evidence, such as pictures and emails, however it has still been left down to me to deal with. This seems to be the only step I can take next to grab attention of someone who can do something for us within Hays and not to be taken as just another sale.

We had to get refund for our June 2021 holiday which Hays were more than happy to do,went and saw Becky in our Norwich branch who was so helpful and sorted everything out for us,we will definitely be booking again as soon as we can. The manager Barney and all staff at this branch are always polite and ready to help. cheers Trish and Terry
