TUI Holiday Store

The girls in the branch have been absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough.
I booked online and understand from my previous experience that I needed to call the online team but after several attempts at getting through to the 3rd party department I called into the store for some advice. It didn’t matter that I had booked online, I was treated the same as other customers who were there to make a booking, nothing was too much trouble. After so many attempts at calling the web number they resolved my problem straight away and I now have a holiday I am looking forward to for Christmas.
I will be booking in the branch for all my future holidays.

Booked a holiday through TUI Cardiff Queen Street and the whole experience from the minute I set foot in the shop, to the moment I landed back was fantastic. I used TUI to book a holiday for me and my girlfriend to Mexico, the whole team were amazing and made my experience of booking the holiday very easy, not to mention Chelsea who helped me find my booking and also adjust it last minute. Nice and friendly staff, felt very welcomed when in store. Wasn’t 100% on where I wanted to go. Alyssa helped me narrow it down to Greece and showed me a variety of different holidays available. Can’t wait for my dream family holiday in the summer!

Love this shop, they are so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have booked with them a few times this year and always get great service! Recently I got some City Passes for NY through Megan and she even gave me some great tips for my trip.
