TUI Holiday Store

I have recently booked my family holiday with Jo at TUI Caerphilly and I am so happy with my experience that I feel I need to leave this review to show my appreciation. Jo spent time listening to all of our specific requests (my husband had quite a few lol!) We then arranged to come back into store and go through all the holidays that Jo had researched for us, so we had options to whittle down.
This resulted in us finding a perfect holiday with all the special extras that will help make our family holiday one to remember!
We will always book in the Caerphilly store as all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Thanks TUI

We went into the Caerphilly store last weekend to book a break for the new year. We dealt with a very very helpful lady called Lynda - it was actually her first week, and we were her first customers. She was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable of the different resorts and hotels. If Lynda treats all of her customers with the same dignity and friendliness that she showed us then I have no reason to believe that she will go a long long way with Tui. Had the best experience booking a girls holiday with Jo. She was so fun and easy to talk to, whilst also giving us the best quality, budget-friendly holiday! As a group of 6, we all wanted different things at times, but Jo was so patient and helpful- nothing was too much trouble. If you want to book a holiday, I can’t recommend Jo enough!

Recently booked my first ever cruise with TUI at Caerphilly. Jo was fantastic and was able to find an amazing cruise and at a good price. There were a few of us and I must say Jo made the whole process stress free. Highly recommend.

We have been back to the shop several times with several things, forms to get into the country, Covid etc, and. Nothing has been to much trouble for them, even when the shop is full. They are always smiling and got time for you, they are fantastic, I will definitely be booking my next holiday there.

I have booked two holidays this year and on both occasions have been helped through the process by Jo. What a lovely young woman - very efficient and obviously knows her job very well. She is very pleasant and nothing is too much trouble

We recently booked our summer holiday at the TUI store in Caerphilly and the service we received was excellent. We were looked after by a lady called Jo who was fantastic from start to finish. We wasn’t 100% sure what we wanted when we sat down so Jo asked us lots of questions so she could come up with some ideas and she soon gave us lots of great options to choose from, all within our budget! Jo made the whole process stress free and we can’t thank her enough. We know we will be back to book with TUI and Jo in the future.

All the staff at this branch are very helpful and nothing is to much trouble from start to finish.
