Not Just Travel - Emma Summerill

Having enjoyed several holidays with several more booked via Emma, we can honestly say that Emma brings a priceless addition to the whole experience. Nothing is too much trouble and the help certainly does not finish once booked. Emma was at the end of the phone when a taxi did not arrive at the airport in Hanoi, Vietnam and sorted it immediately. We have since then booked a Galapagos bucket list trip and an Orient Express trip. Both of which took a huge amount of research by Emma to get it just right for us. No longer do we book everything independently when we can tap into Emma’s experience, all with the knowledge that she has our back whilst on our travels. Thank you Emma.

This was our first holiday booked with Emma and we will definitely highly recommend booking with Emma. Emma made the whole experience so easy and she was always available to help with any problems and issues we had. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday and can not wait to go on holiday abroad again. This was our first holiday abroad in many years and our children’s first time going abroad.

Emma is wonderful. she is so knowledgeable, patient and accessible. Traveling as a group of 7 first timers to Orlando after a pandemic with a huge amount of red tape, costs and options to navigate - we would have been lost without Emma. It should have been a pretty stressful holiday booking with complications and cancellations all down to the pandemic but Emma guided us through it with ease.
The holiday was awesome and just knowing Emma had our back if we needed anything was so reassuring.

We spent a wonderful week in Italy. We flew into Venice, spent three nights there sightseeing, eating great food and plenty of gelato.We took a waterbus across to the islands of Murano and Burano. Couldn’t resist a ride on a gondola. Took the very efficient and clean train to Florence, three nights there. Some of the places we visited were the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio museum and the unfixing gallery to see the famous David. Enjoyed lots of street entertainment and mooched around the market, a great place to eat. Final part of our trip was the train to Pisa. A lovely place, quieter than Florence. Walked from our hotel to see the famous leaning tower. Ate at a great Italian family restaurant. Thanks to Emma our trip was very well planned and train tickets and some tickets to attractions were pre-booked.

We were hoping to book a very last minute week in the sun over the summer holidays, and with so many package holidays being cancelled in the news, just when we were looking to book, we wanted some expert advice and guidance on what to go for, and that's just what we got from Emma. From listening to our requirements, to finding a company who were more reliable during these difficult times, her knowledge was invaluable. We settled on a hotel in Crete and have had the most wonderful week there, everything went like clockwork and we couldn't find fault in the hotel or the service they offered, I would recommend Emma's wonderful bespoke service to anyone looking for help finding the exact right holiday for them.

Emma was a huge help booking and finding a destination for our family moon. Emma was always available for any questions and/queries. It took away any stress booking a holiday as Emma did this all for you.
Emma found us a fantastic hotel in Lanzarote it was clean and well kept. Stunning views of the Ocean. The staff were all super friendly and could not do more to help. The food was of a good quality and the hotel entertainment was excellent for children and adults alike. The children loved the pools including the slides which were perfect for our 5,8 & 12 year old.
Would highly recommend to anyone.
