I just wanted to say a huge thank you to TUI in Barry, especially Emma & Madeleine. Just booked my wedding with them and they’ve gone above and beyond with their service. It was a stressful time for me but they made it so much easie for me with their expertise and kindness. Even staying open late so we could get all our rooms booked. Thank you so much xx

I received outstanding service from Mandy whilst booking our first ever cruise. She was very knowledgable and informative and took her time to find the perfect cruise for us. Had a wonderful experience booking our holiday, Sharon was very knowledgeable and did everything to help us book everything we needed. Emma was so helpful with our 2 year old in the store and made her feel involved and happy. She is still excited about her certificate. Very relaxed atmosphere and all booked and now on a countdown. We recently booked our honeymoon through TUI in Barry and had a great experience with Amanda and Emma. They were really helpful throughout the process and made sure everything was taken care of. Their expertise and friendly service made the experience easy and enjoyable.
