Absolutely first class service from Amanda Shipley, thank you. Going into the store, explaining our wants and needs to Amanda who listened and searched tirelessly to find the perfect destination and hotel for us, a speedy and efficient service. We would never have chosen our holiday just from online self searching, yet Amanda was able to look at our options, departure dates and airports and in doing so, booked us a better quality hotel and by tweaking departure airport saved us money too! She gave us a competitive quote for travel insurance and airport parking, meaning we walked out from our meeting with Amanda with our complete package booked. Excellent follow up customer care, all documents emailed and a pre holiday courtesy call to make sure we had boarding passes etc.

We had the pleasure recently to book two holidays at the Newport Retail park store. We were looked after in a most professional and efficient manner by Amanda Shipley, who is a credit to TUI.

Went in to book a ski holiday for 2024. Sat with Richard their Ski expert and he was fabulous. First time skiing and Richard made the process very simple. He explained what i would and wouldn't need. A friendly guy and i would recommend him.

Me and my partner came in last week about booking a holiday this year and was accommodated by Lucy. She was very friendly and has a varied range of information regarding the type of holiday we was looking for. She could not have been more helpful and accommodating as well as professional. Would highly recommend!
