I go on holiday next week. They are telling my travel agents that they sent the tickets and documents straight to me, yet they are telling me they sent the tickets to the travel agents. So 5 days before I'm supposed to leave, I haven't been able to book my bus tickets to the airport, I have no confirmation, no idea of how much luggage I can take. Absolutely f**k all.
