Hays Travel Tonypandy

Hays travel tonypandy were absolutely fantastic from beginning to end....will 100% be using them again. Our trip to Turkey went smoothly with no hassle...hotel was fantastic...covid rules were in place and adhered to...felt totally relaxed and safe the whole time.

1st time looking at the holidays/trips with this company. I was pleasantly suprised by some of the deals that were available at the time.

Be wary of booking anything through this travel agents. They will sell you a package, then closer to the time call you and say the trip has gone up in price. They will know exactly how much the increase will be, even if they don't know which hotel you're staying in because the one you booked is "being refurbished". They lost my records because they had spent my name wrong. And the same agent who misspelt my name put in the notes that I had agreed to pay the same money for a cheaper package. I hadn't agreed this but because the agent had put it in the notes, I was labelled the lier, not their staff. Why would I agree to pay the same money for less of a package?!?
I have cancelled the trip and was made to wait 20 days for a refund but still waiting on my deposit refund after 24 days ....
