TUI Holiday Store

I only called here for currency. I ordered and paid for online two prior to pickup. The staff were very pleasant & obliging and counted out my euros in front of me. Can't ask more than that. It is a large airey shop. I can't vouch for what it's like for booking holidays.

I cannot thank Donna enough for sorting out the automated Tui company cancellation of my November holiday in India which I booked in March and had fully paid. Donna was able to rearrange things so that I am still able to travel on my original date but will now stop for a few days longer. I am a very satisfied and grateful customer.

Booked flight only to Dominican Republic. Beth did my check in & ordered peso for me and printed boarding cards. I'd recommend calling the store if you struggle to go in. They even had Saona island excursions available to book cheaper than what I found!! Will recommend to all my colleagues.

Great service every time, staff always willing to help solve any queries. I'll always check in with TUI at first point of call when looking for a getaway. Great knowledge of lots of places and great recommendations to help get the most out of your holiday!

Unfortunately, I need to remove my 5 star and change it to 0; I can’t, so I’ve given it a 1 star. After sorting everything out on Friday, on Monday 30th January, a different member of staff phoned me to tell me my mobility scooter is too big for the plane, and cannot travel with me. Without my scooter, I cannot go anywhere, as I can only walk a short distance without pain. I had given them the length, width, height, weight and battery type of my scooter on the Friday, and everything was fine then, don’t know what changed over the weekend. They even said I’d have to pay the cancellation charge, as it was less than 50 days to travel! I objected, and said I’d take them to the Equality Commission for direct discrimination due to my disability. One phone call later, I’m not being charged a cancellation fee. I’ll never travel with Tui again.

We went into the Wrexham store unsure of what dates/hotel we wanted to choose for going to Mexico due to price and not being sure what hotel would meet our requirements. Beth was extremely helpful and went to great efforts in finding a great hotel at a better price than we found online due to amending the dates and the duration of the holiday. If we hadn’t gone into the store we would have been completely stuck whereas we ended up booking the holiday in store by going in!

Really happy to use Tui for our currency. Found them to be the best exchange rate in town. Beth, sorted us out with a good rate and ordered it for our upcoming holiday Donna the manger was fab with us when shop was really busy. Have recommended to friends to go see the girls worth the wait on a busy Saturday
