TUI Holiday Store

Excellent Thomson holiday at the Timanfaya Palace Playa Blanca , Lanzarote. The Thomson representatives at the hotel were very helpful when I explained that I had left my Kindle on the plane from Cardiff on July 2nd. They made contact with the airport on several occasions but the Kindle was nowhere to be found. When I returned to Cardiff on July 9th I mentioned the loss to the cabin crew. I was advised to email Thomson Holidays which is the reason for this explanation. If there is anything you can do to help I would be most grateful.

Have booked with thomson for many years, always booked in pontypridd store as the staff are really friendly and helpful, we have just booked our wedding in mexico for january with them , massive thanks to louise, ceri, gareth, natalie, rosie and kelly for all their help😎😎😎
