booked a holiday with Nicci & she was amazing, so patient whilst we went through all our options and made sure we had exactly what we wanted! absolutely fab customer service.

I booked our first family holiday in three years with Victoria. It was quite a big booking as the whole family was booking. She was so helpful with any queries we had and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

TUI Swansea helped us book our wedding, they made it so easy for us and the staff were really friendly. We will definitely be using them again to book holidays in the future.

I was greeted in store by Kelly who took care of my booking. I was adding into a party of 10.. everything was effortless and the service was brilliant. She even recommended excursions that I could purchase before I go. I’ll back to add them on.. thank you for you help and recommendations. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I booked my first family holiday with Kelly!

As a 21 year old I’ve only ever been on holiday with my mum and sister but now I’m going on my own with my little family as you can imagine I was terrified of picking the wrong hotel and sorting everything out by myself! I went in to see Kelly she made me feel welcome she showed me about 10 different holidays for me to choose from that she thought would be suitable for myself and my 3 year old daughter! In the end we choose Cyprus Paphos! Kelly went through everything with me and said if I need anything I know where she is she will help me! I feel really happy of the destination we have chosen and now the countdown is on!

Lovely warm welcome as soon as we walked in the store. Store was busy but offered an appointment. We shortly received a text to make our way back to store. Our advisor was Kelly.. She was fantastic! She really knew everything we wanted to know about Mexico! She could recommend great hotels with plenty to do! We won’t go anywhere else!

Booked our first girls holiday to Magaluf with Samantha in store. She was very helpful and made our booking process smooth. Will be booking with her again next time
